Weapons or illicit drugs will not be allowed on the property. If discovered, you will be asked to leave.
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY
Vendors understand and authorize AU Events LLC and their assignees, licensees, legal representatives and transferees to use and publish - with or without Client's name - photographs, pictures, portraits or images of Vendor and / or Vendor's work / product in any and all forms and media and in all manners including composite images or distorted representations, and for the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing (print, tv, web), for any product or services, or other lawful uses as may be determined by Vendor for perpetuity. Vendor(s) further waive(s) any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the images, any written copy or finished product. Vendor(s) is/are of full legal age and have read and fully understand the terms of this release. In return, AU Events LLC will credit Vendor(s) and Vendor(s) work and share the images with Vendor(s) post-publication for Vendor(s) marketing purposes as well.
REGISTRATION WINDOW AND DEADLINES
Registration is open and will remain open until either sold out or one week prior to event date.

AT-THE-DOOR REGISTRATION
We are not accepting walk in registrations at the event.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be available up to a week prior to the event date. If anything should arise after that time, the registration fee is non-refundable.
EVENT CANCELLATION/RAINOUT POLICY
If the event needs to be cancelled for any reason, all ticket holders will be refunded in full. If a vendor needs to cancel, the ticket cost is refundable up to a week prior to event date. After that time, the ticket cost is non-refundable.
LOST TICKET?
If you have lost your ticket, you can go to the page where you registered for the event and click on the "Update/Review an Existing Order" button to re-download your ticket. If you lost the confirmation email and all your ticket details, please contact the event organizer.
